Emotions: Basic Framework

Every emotion has a role to play in our lives

Human experience can’t run away from emotions.

We need to have a viewpoint on emotion. We need to observe the emotion and feel that we are in it and be okay with it. We need to experience emotion fully.

Emotion is God’s way of making us realise a few things and go to the next level.

I can control my behaviour, not the outside. There is a Duality in the world.

There are positives to every emotion as well e.g.

Stress: Make things happen

Grief: Detachment. Everything is perishable and no attachments to anything. We should spend more time with our loved ones.

Guilt: Make us realise our mistakes and take corrective action.

Anger: Teaches us acceptance (Conscious Choice or Life Teaches us)

How we can be aligned with emotions :

  1. Our Frequency: We need to be in the frequency of Joy, Love, Gratitude, Positive Thoughts
  2. Clean our past emotions by Forgiveness

3. Acknowledgement — By acknowledging the emotion. Don’t run from it. What you can feel completely you can heal completely. If you are in fear — say okay I will be in fear for the next 30 minutes.

I have emotion … I AM NOT EMOTION

I have anger .. I AM NOT ANGER..

Observe it. It will diffuse automatically

4. Mantra Chanting: Om Namah Shivay. Gayatri Mantra. Maha Mantra .. Mantra chanting will help to release the emotion

5. Focus: Emotion is directly linked to where the mind goes. Consciously keep the focus on productive things. Mediation can help build the right intensity and focus. We need to be proactive rather reactive..

Whatever we Focus on, grow in life.
